We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Line Cook
Duties:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintain safe food handling and proper sanitation of all work spaces
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by executive chef
Requirements:
- 4 years’ experience as a line cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques, procedures, and knife handling skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail in food presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy items up/downstairs
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid Oregon Food Handlers Card
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive Attitude
Compensation:

Dishwasher
Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, storage, refrigerators and kitchen
- Sweep and scrub floors
- Remove trash from the dining and kitchen areas
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking
- Must be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy items up/downstairs
- Reliable Transportation
- Positive Attitude
Compensation:
$13.50 - $15.00 / hourly
