Sonic Drive In Roseburg General Manager.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION: Manages and is responsible for operations, training and development of all employees within a Sonic Drive-In. Leads the drive-in employees in order to provide quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the Sonic Drive-In.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
1. Manages, trains and coaches drive-in employees, management and conducts orientation.
2. Adheres to and monitors employee compliance of the drive-in employee handbook, policies and practices. Takes appropriate action to address employee issues and policy violations and immediately reports all employee issues, complaints and policy violations to his/her immediate supervisor.
3. Performs opening and/or closing duties to standard.
4. Monitors and makes appropriate adjustments to staffing levels during assigned shift.
5. Prepares employee work schedules in a timely manner to ensure continuous ability to properly serve guests in accordance with Sonic Drive-In policy and applicable law.
6. Monitors and maintains inventory levels to ensure product availability and portion control. Places orders for food, paper and other supplies within cost control procedures.
7. Monitors performance of vendors.
8. Completes and maintains all drive-in employment-related records and payroll records.
9. Reinforces the importance of placing guests' needs first to drive-in employees on a consistent basis.
10. Immediately resolves guest requests and complaints in a respectful manner.
11. Recruits, interviews and hires crew and management team members to achieve proper staffing levels.
12. Must have experience running a Restaurant.
Must be able to pass a Background check and Drug test.
$38000 to $48000 starting depending on experience plus monthly bonus!!
