ServiceMaster of Roseburg has multiple positions available for Construction Work, including, experienced Repair Technician, Finish Construction Worker, and General Construction Worker. We are looking for candidates with general knowledge and experience in residential and commercial construction. Preference will be given to those with experience in water and fire damage restoration work. If you are interested in a position, please email your resume in response to this ad.
Compensation Range: $15.00-$22.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
Employment Type: Full-time / Multiple positions available.
Skills required include knowledge of:
- General Residential Construction.
- Framing.
- Drywall installation, mud, tape, and texture matching (heavy hand, orange peel, knockdown, misc.)
- subfloor installation including underlayment
- Insulation installation
- General carpentry such as blocking and framing
- Flooring installation including carpet, vinyl, laminate, LVP, luxury vinyl, hardwood
- Finish carpentry including base trim installation, finish trim, and general finish work
- Painting
- Roofing
