Position Overview:

We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Specialist to join our team and help us maintain and enhance the natural beauty of our clients' landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding, to ensure that outdoor spaces are well-manicured and healthy.
Conduct regular inspections of landscapes to identify issues such as pests, diseases, or irrigation problems, and implement appropriate solutions.
Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure efficient watering and proper hydration of plants.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations for landscape care and enhancements.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job to ensure efficient operations and billing accuracy.
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred.
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and horticultural practices.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
