The job consists of taking care of numerous commercial and residential rentals, All within a 7-mile radius in Roseburg. Pay starts out at $23.00 to $28.00 a hour. These are starting wages. If you are a Good fit, do a good job, your wage increases.
Must have your own tools, and transportation ( PU preferred)
Job includes general repairs, minor plumbing, (replacing faucets, leaking faucet stems, replacing water heaters, or elements, etc). Some times water lines fixed or replace. Toilets snaked. Some minor electrical, HVAC repair, painting. Even some minor carpentry, flooring, if you have the skills. Basically your job will include all phases of property maintenance. We do have a carpenter, full-time.
You Must have a legal driver's license, proof of liability insurance, have your own tools, PU truck.

Work schedule: M to F. 9 am to 5:30 pm. Sometimes will be asked to work on a Saturday, if this occurs, you would have Friday or a Monday off. 40 hours a week, no overtime, please.
