We value teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining a positive work environment. We're looking for someone with experience in property maintenance who also takes pride in keeping their work area clean and organized. Ideally, candidates will be based in or near the Roseburg, Sutherlin, or Oakland areas. This position is part-time (3 days a week, 10 AM – 5 PM), with the potential to become full-time depending on availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Weeding around the property
Brush hog use
Comfortable and has experience with power tools and motor tool maintance
Perform routine property inspections and address maintenance issues ( light plumbing, changing filters, touch-up paint, replacing light bulbs, etc.)
Clean and reset Airbnb units to a high standard between guest stays (change linens, restock supplies, deep clean bathrooms/kitchens, etc.)
Report damages or needed repairs promptly
Keep track of supplies and notify when restocking is needed
Ensure property is guest-ready and meets Airbnb quality standards
