Hiring new and experienced firefighters for the 2025 season
These are seasonal, on call positions, ENGINE BOSS, FIREFIGHTER TYPE 1, and FIREFIGHTER TYPE 2.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be 18 years or older, and have valid ID.
2. Pass a physical fitness pack test (walk 3 miles with 45 lb. pack in 45 min.)
3. Pass required classes (paid by employer)
New employees must complete a 40 hour class. ( Call for information and class dates)
4. Be able to travel within and outside of Oregon, and work in rugged conditions for long hours.
5. Must have 8" leather boots (no steel toes).
