Position Summary:
The Administration position is responsible for performing administrative duties related to store operations and bookkeeping, assisting customer paperwork and billing, providing excellent customer service, and completing work according to Company Policies and Procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greeting customers; answering telephones; discussing customer needs and answering questions; and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary. Assists in store bookkeeping procedures; assists in the administration of credit program; and assists with store inventory. Provides excellent customer service; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
Experience:
Bookkeeping and customer service experience required.
Experience with Word, Excel, and Google Docs required.
Requirements:
35 - 40 hours per week
Scheduled hours and days will be between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Days off rotate from week-to-week.
Credit verification, background check, and drug screen (LYTC is a zero tolerance workplace)
Pay & Benefits:
$19 + per hour DOE

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license; excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
