We are a small growing family owned construction company, and we are looking for a part time Receptionist. This is a Monday through Friday job from 12pm to 5pm. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients.
Duties will include,
Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service
Answer phone calls and emails
Daily scanning duties
Check daily incoming fax and voicemail
Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area
Minor office cleaning –weekly gathering of trash from all offices; weekly bathroom cleaning, sweeping and mopping
Other duties are as follows: filing, getting incoming mail, running errands (e.g. Post Office) and other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous front-desk, customer service, experience preferred
Great attention to detail
Strong phone skills and etiquette
Computer literate
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work between 12pm to 5pm Mon to Fri
