We’re a small but growing construction company looking for a secretary/contractors assistant. Experience is preferred but not necessarily if you’re a hard worker.

Must be able to answer phone calls and keep and organized schedule.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must able to work full time.
Some times of the year are busier than others.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office and job sites.
half of the work done will be clerical in our home office. The other half of the work will be done on site.
Secretarial duties include filing paperwork, organizing receipts, organizing emails, filing contracts, making copies, sending in payroll, answering phone calls, scheduling meeting and appointments, etc.
In the field duties include helping with bids, taking notes, holding a tape measure, communicating face-to-face with clients with me, small projects, running materials to and from job sites, occasionally we will be doing punch list and finish work. All in the field duties require zero experience.
This is a multifaceted position that will give you an opportunity to grow with a growing company. This is an entry-level position. There will be times where you’re in the office for 40 hours a week and time is when we are on site 40 hours a week. This job does require some level of physicality so physical fitness is encouraged.
You will also have the opportunity to learn every aspect of the construction industry from the clerical, sales, distribution, and building. While getting paid.
