Key Responsibilities:
Scan and Manage Cloud files
Document Filing and Data entry
Maintain and organize office files and documents.
Schedule meetings and appointments for team members.
Assist with basic data entry and document preparation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
Willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Outlook, Sharepoint
