The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in the industry, assembling cabinets. Ability to read and understand shop drawings, carry out instructions, communicate clearly, ask questions to clarify any misunderstandings, think ahead, and understand the process from beginning to end. This position requires the individual to be physically able to be on their feet for long periods, climb multiple levels of stairs, and able to lift up to 75-100 lb. If you do not have the minimum experience, but have a "can do" attitude and want to learn and WORK, we will train the right individual.
Pay based on skills not experience.
