Best Western Garden Villa Inn located in Roseburg, OR
Scope of Work:
We are looking for a licensed and bonded flooring contractor to install laminate flooring. During the installation, the wood subfloor in some rooms will need to be repaired. Prepare all existing floors for installation per the manufacturer's instructions, recommended process, and specifications.
This installation will have two parts. We are starting with the lower floor of the Villa, which has 31 rooms and one laundry room.
We are accepting pre-bid proposals, during which all work areas will be visited. This will allow the contractor to get a full scope of work before submitting their bid.
Schedule:
This should be included in the bid, along with available work hours and the timeline for each installation stage.
General:
The successful bidder shall store all materials in locations approved by the Facilities manager.
Keep work areas neat and clean.
Take all necessary measures to ensure workers and occupants are safe.
Any subfloor that needs to be replaced must be addressed immediately before materials are purchased.
The successful bidder will provide all installation tools, workers, and equipment.
