Looking to bring on a skilled finisher, installer, handyman or jack of all trades for residential and commercial construction projects located throughout Doulas County. Position would include basic skills in removal and installation various fixtures, cabinetry, doors, windows, trim, baseboard, casing, tile flooring and tile showers, occasional painting projects, finish flooring, remediation work and many more general construction systems we service on a day to day basis. The position would require the individual to be able to work alone in many cases with little supervision. Work with clients on a personal basis as needed or required by contract. Oversee sub- contractors. Work well with fellow employees. Self-starter able to prepare and plan the next days works, plan and acquire materials from other company personnel as needed for proper completion or projects. Work in a Safe and clean manner. Complete all necessary prep to protect customer property. Communicate directly with owner on completion phase of each project, specific needs of projects, special planning, oversee other employees as needed to monitor quality. Attention to detail is a must!
