Trade Skills & Experience Required:
Construction Industry Experience: 3-5 years (preferred) Including References
General Residential Construction Experience Including but not limited to:
o Framing
o Installation of windows and doors
o Working knowledge of basic residential plumbing and electrical
o Drywall repair, installation, and finishing.
o Flooring and tile installation
o Concrete installation
o Finish work
Job Responsibilities:
New construction and remodel projects including custom homes, remodels, custom decks, commercial projects and more.
Kitchen and Bath remodeling work including but not limited to:
Demolition of cabinetry, countertops, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, showers, drywall, framing etc.
Minor framing such as doorways, installing load bearing beams, removing or building walls.
Drywall repairs, installation and making ready for paint.
All levels of trim/millwork installation including pre-finished moldings, crown, base, and doors.
Installation of all types of cabinetry, cabinet hardware, custom pieces
Installation of shower products such as waterproofing, backer board, and finished tub/shower wall panels
Shower door installation
Compensation:
This is an hourly wage position. Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
Standard 40-hour week 8am-4:30pm, Monday - Friday
Pay via direct deposit every two weeks.
Required Tools: Bags, Driver, Drill, square, hand tools and hard hat.
Most other tools will be provided.
This position requires travel throughout Douglas County and Coos County.

Driver's License : Oregon
Requirements for the position:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Coachable and can follow detailed directions
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately
Valid Drivers License, Reliable vehicle and insurance
Ability to lift 30-50lbs on a regular basis.
Casual attire with good boots for construction and hard hat
