Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist

We are currently seeking applications/resumes for the most qualified: Bookkeeper/Accounting Specialist in Salem.
This position's primary job duties and responsibilities include: Management of QuickBooks accounting software, Entering and paying A/P invoices, Routine account reconciliations, Monthly progress billings for commercial construction projects and Daily invoices to residential customers

-This position is: Full-Time
-The schedule for this position is: DaysMonday-Friday
-The pay schedule is: Weekly Direct DepositFridays
-This position will begin: March 2024
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills to include being a good team-player and strong communicator
- Experience using Quickbooks Desktop accounting software
- Strong use of Microsoft Office software products to include Excel, Outlook and Word
- General understanding of GAAP and chart-of-accounts classification
- Technical writing skills to ensure well-written outgoing correspondence
- Previous experience using ADP Workforce Now payroll software (considered a plus)
