We are seeking an experienced Construction Bookkeeper to join a growing team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks (mandatory).
Process accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Track project budgets, job costs, and assist with invoicing and reporting.
Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closings.
Collaborate with project managers and administrative staff to ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare financial documents for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience with a strong background in QuickBooks.
Construction industry experience highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
Background check and 12-panel drug test required.
