Responsibilities for Customer Service associates
Professionally interacting with customers and taking orders
Answer basic questions regarding customers product line
Actively listen and communicate clearly
Report customer issues in a timely manner
Troubleshoot mechanical issues with products
Responsible for follow-up with customers on outstanding issues as needed
Provides technical assistance at local installations and service calls; resolves related disputes
Suggests process improvements and is highly involved in process improvement implementation
Handles difficult customer situations professionally and fairly
Supports Marketing team with projects and feedback
Skills and experience
Previous experience in assembly and shipping of products preferred
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant demeanor
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Possess organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Minimum 2 years previous experience in Customer Service
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Strong project management skills
