Must have 1+ years call center environment experience.
This role is ideal with 2–4 years of customer service in manufacturing or construction environment who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

The Call Center CSR will act as a key liaison between customers, production, and internal departments—ensuring timely communication, accuracy of orders, and high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Enter and process customer orders with accuracy in ERP/CRM systems
Coordinate with production, shipping, and quality departments to meet delivery schedules
Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers as needed
Investigate and resolve customer concerns with a solutions-driven approach.
Qualifications
3–5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
