This individual will work FULL TIME, 38-40 hours per week, at the BEAUTIFUL Stoneplace Apartment Community, which currently has 283 units! This property has all the amenities “ business center, pool, hot tub, sports court, clubhouse, state-of-the art fitness center, play area, picnic area, laundry facilities, and pet stations! The schedule is Friday through Tuesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm WEEKENDS ARE A MUST. You are not required to live onsite for this position. You will be eligible for health insurance the 1st of the month following 60 days of continuous employment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Leasing Agent assists the Property Manager with all aspects of property management, including answering the phones, greeting and assisting residents, touring with prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, preparing leases and other documents. The emphasis is on leasing apartments.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Prior property management is preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED.

Attendance is imperative.

Outstanding customer service.

Well-spoken, self-motivated, and energetic.

Excellent communication skills.

Punctual and detail oriented.

Must be able to learn quickly and have genuine enthusiasm.

Able to physically and mentally endure periods of high stress while maintaining stability of performance and personality.

Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing Laws and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.

Possess current and valid drivers license, proof of insurance and a clean driving record.
