Job Description:
We are an independently own and operated veterinary hospital in Salem. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly, growing veterinary practice. This position demands an individual who exhibits excellent communication and time management.
Requirements and Experience: On-The-Job Training!
1. Customer service experience - min 1 yrs
2. Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week.
3. Multi-Line phone system
4. Work Schedule flexibility
5. Opening office/closing procedures
6. New patient intake, schedule appointments, assists with admin/front office duties, data input, filling.
