Description Are you a results-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant? Robert Half is looking for talented Administrators to assist our clients in the Salem area. The Administrative Assistant works directly with varied departments and office staff in support of sales, administrative, and customer service functions. These roles require entering information into company databases, so the ideal candidate must be tech-savvy and have strong attention to detail. These are integral positions within the company, so candidates must enjoy working in a team environment and be willing to help with daily tasks. Customer service skills are critical in this role so the Administrative Assistant must be well-versed in relationship building and have an excellent phone presence. Job Duties:

Efficiently manage and organize office operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.

Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems to ensure accurate and easily accessible information.

Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and ordering when necessary.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.

Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing expenses and invoices.

Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.

Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Adaptability and willingness to take on new tasks as needed.

Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
