Stock ingredients from deliveries in storage areas, work areas, and walk-in cooler Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily per procedure. Handle cash throughout the day and correctly make bank deposits ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / SKILLSMaintain professionalism under high stress. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
