As a Customer Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. We are specifically looking for an individual with experience in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems would be a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Manufacturing Environment Expertise: Leverage your experience in a manufacturing setting to understand customer needs and effectively communicate solutions. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and terminology is essential.

MRP Utilization: If you have experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems, you will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge to streamline order processing, inventory management, and overall customer support efficiency.

Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating the resolution of issues, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and support activities. Ensure that relevant information is properly documented for future reference.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in customer support processes. Contribute ideas and solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer support role within a manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is a strong plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
