Truth In Litigation will be holding a 4-hour IN-PERSON focus group on Thursday, Oct 2, 2025, from 5:30pm-9:30pm in Salem, OR (Marion County)
The pay is $120 via Venmo or Paypal (domestic US only) plus food/drink
Seeking current residents of Salem, OR (and Marion county) as participants.
All backgrounds, ages 18+, etc. are encouraged to apply.

To apply:
1. Go to the website www.truthinlitigation.com
2. Go to the 'mock juror sign-up' tab
3. Select the 'OREGON' button
4. Complete the survey (by no later than) WEDNESDAY, Oct 1, 2025 at 7PM for the THURSDAY focus group.
Applicants will be contacted via call, text and/or email starting immediately (and no later than 9PM on WEDNESDAY, Oct 1, 2025), to confirm who has and has not been initially chosen.
Chosen applicants will be directed to a complete a confidentiality agreement (including Venmo OR PayPal payment information) prior to being provided the location information for the focus group.

1. Our groups are purposefully small, and no-shows are deeply impactful. We respect your time and value your contribution, we only ask you to please provide us with the same respect. So please accept only if you are confident you can participate. We appreciate your consideration!
2. Your information is completely confidential. Truth In Litigation takes seriously the trust you place in us when you provide us your information. In return, we protect your information fiercely. We do not ever sell or give your information to others to use for marketing because we don't like it when other organizations do it to us. Any information that is shared with clients is done so without your personal identifiers (last name, phone, email). This protects the participant, as well as the integrity and results of the focus group.
