Production Lead

Job Title: Production LeadJob DescriptionAs a Production Lead, you will oversee the production and flow of an industrial welding and fabrication facility. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring all production activities within the shift to ensure compliance with the production plan, goals, safety, and quality standards. You will be expected to track, record, and report any instances of re-work, equipment failures, or required repairs to the Production Supervisor. Additionally, you will ensure that all safety equipment is utilized correctly and that protective provisions are in place and functional. You will also be responsible for maintaining quality and compliance with specifications and drawings, performing in-process inspections, and random piece part checks. Furthermore, your role will involve promoting support for quality and continuous improvement within the fabrication and production operations.Hard Skills
