In this role, you’ll work to resolve the customer’s issues before escalating to the next level. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one.You’ll report to the Training Manager. In this role, you’ll impact your team and learners through managing the training programs.During a Typical Day, You’ll

Achieve training completion goals

Manage day-to-day operations, processes, and reporting

Improve the key success metrics associated with training goals

Deliver excellent employee experiences

Develop, coach, support, and evaluate the team to help them reach for amazing

Ensure your team has the tools, systems, and support needed to perform trainings

What You Bring to the Role

Experience in training and/or adult learning programs

Nurturing an inclusive learning environment

Encouraging and engaging coaching skills

Data analysis and reporting skills

Customer and employee focused mindset

Working knowledge of database applications such as MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Oracle, Kronos, Tandberg or ability to learn technology quickly

Call center experience

Have an active Resident State Insurance License or the ability to successfully complete the college of insurance program and obtain a license

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $22-$25/hr.

Depending on location, you may be asked to be onsite and/or travel to a location for a predetermined time.
