Job DescriptionAs an executive assistant and reporting to VP, you will provide administrative support to multiple VPs, managing schedules, travel arrangements, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing logistics for internal and external meetings. Seeking people with at least 2 - 4 years of administrative support for senior leaders. Preference for people on the west coast.Responsibilities include:

Executive Support: Provide direct support to multiple VPs, managing schedules, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing logistics for internal and external meetings.

Administrative: Travel support, expense management, visitor management.

Confidential Information Management: Handle confidential and highly critical information with discretion, preparing materials for presentations, strategy sessions, and executive-level decision-making.

Data-Driven Insights: Assist in preparing sensitive data and analysis for executive meetings and discussions, ensuring that leadership is informed with accurate and relevant data.

Team Engagement: Organize on-the floor/virtual Team engagements including All Hands, Townhalls and meetups.

Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas where processes can be streamlined, working independently to propose and implement innovative solutions to increase productivity.

Relationship Management: Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance, Business Office and others) to gather and consolidate information for reports and strategy discussions.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
