Sterilmed, Inc., part of the JJMT Companies pioneered shaping the reprocessing market. Sterilmed, in partnership with various franchises in JJMT, has reinvented the reprocessing (RPO) model with customized solutions to offer reprocessed single-use medical devices from JJMT and from the other original manufacturers to provide customers with more options to improve their reprocessing programs.The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the JJMT reprocessing strategy. This person will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to enable the field team with the right tools and programs to increase awareness and drive the adoption of reprocessing. This is an incredible opportunity to join a hyper-growth and high-performing company.The role will require developing new commercial programs to ensure business objectives are consistently and sustainably achieved in a compliant and coordinated fashion. Strong collaboration with internal business partners is required – Sterilmed Commercial and Supply Chain, JJMT Customer Management, Biosense Webster Inc. marketing, and Global Strategic Marketing. This leader will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing of JJMT Sustainability.Key Responsibilities:

Achieve business plan objectives of sales, net income, gross profit, and price on an annual basis.

Ensure focused operational marketing support to the selling organization. Partner with the field team to position JJMT and Sterilmed as the vendor of choice for reprocessing.

Work closely with the manager and in close partnership with Franchise (Sr.) Marketing Managers to develop and execute marketing programs that increase awareness, reprocessing adoption, and greater customer loyalty with existing accounts focused on driving growth and profitability.

Nurture positive relationships between marketing and sales teams to ensure focus on meeting customers’ needs and to be a positive agent for change within the organization.

Contribute to developing LEX (launch excellence) strategies for new product launches, including establishing targeting & segmentation, positioning, sales forecasting, inventory allocation, contracting, and pricing strategies.

Identify scalable solutions and share best practices by engaging internal teams, enabling speed and quality in driving the RPO commercial strategies.

Ensure solutions implementation with Sustainability leadership, creating implementation guides for tools and training for the field team. Creating discussion guides, SOPs, implementation guides, and customer tools for use by this team.

Create, maintain, and launch a new reprocessing homepage on the JJMT website.

Develop a comprehensive environmental sustainability campaign that appropriately spotlights reprocessing.

Monitor market landscape, customer care about, new innovation, healthcare trends, and unmet user needs to advance the RPO go-to-market model.

Be responsive to requests from customers, sales consultants, etc.

QualificationsEducation:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:Required:

8 years of dynamic healthcare experience is required.

Proven leadership results both with or without direct report authority required.

A strong communicator who can lead the delivery and creation of impactful and tailored communications to educate and mobilize critical stakeholders is required.

The ability to collaborate optimally and build alignment with multiple partners across a dynamic organization.

The ability to prioritize and to successfully lead multiple projects/priorities as the directly responsible individual (DRI) in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management skills are required.

Preferred:

Preferred experience in Medical Device sales, selling environments or understanding the electrophysiology clinical and supply chain customers.

Other:

This position is field-based and may require up to 25% domestic travel.

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $234,140.
