Job Opening: Bartender/Night Manager
Location: Turner Pizza and Taphouse, Turner, Oregon
We are seeking a talented and experienced Bartender/Night Manager to join our team at Turner Pizza and Taphouse. This is a dual role for a driven individual who can handle mixing up fantastic drinks, serving up the best beers, and overseeing our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Bartending: Craft a wide range of cocktails and serve beers with expertise and efficiency.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Kitchen Oversight: Supervise kitchen staff, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards.
Management Duties: Handle nightly operations, oversee staff, and ensure the restaurant runs efficiently.
Requirements
Previous bartending experience with a strong knowledge of cocktails and beer.
Leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Ability to manage a team and multitask effectively during busy shifts.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Oregon Food Handler’s Card and OLCC permit (or willingness to obtain).
