Silver Falls Bread Company is seeking an experienced baker to contribute their passion and expertise towards our shared goal of making healthy, beautiful, delicious bread. Weâre a small bakery looking for someone well-versed in artisan baking techniques and terminology, a firm understanding of the principles of fermentation, and competency in mixing, shaping, scoring, and baking. An ideal candidate would also possess strong values regarding quality craftsmanship, food systems, and the health of their community.
Hours are part time to start, and may require some flexibility as business expands. Hourly wage depends on experience.
