Behavior Specialist – Starting at $20.00 - $21.50 an hour
All Star Labor and Staffing is hiring for multiple Resident Counselors in the Salem area.
As a Behavior Specialist/Residential Counselors you are responsible for the care of individuals who reside in Residential Treatments. Services include direct supervision to residents who have dual diagnoses and have affiliation with the courts, Child Welfare and/or come from other residential facilities for criminal behavior. Ongoing training in offender behavior and behavior management is provided. Experience is NOT required, training will be provided.
PAY AND SCHEDULE FOR POSITION:
Must have open availability.
Starting at $20.00 - $21.50 an hour, depending on company, shift, and experience.
