Room Inspection & Communication Responsibilities
Daily Tasks:
1. Inspect Cleaned Rooms
Verify that all cleaned rooms meet company cleanliness and quality standards.
Pay close attention to high-touch areas, bathroom cleanliness, bed presentation, and overall room appearance.
2. Track Room Status
Maintain an accurate record of room status throughout the day, categorized as:
Cleaned and Ready
Yet to be Cleaned
Stayover Service (Guest Staying Multiple Nights)
3. Communicate with Front Desk
Report all cleaned and inspected rooms to the front desk promptly.
Provide real-time updates throughout the day on room status changes.
Notify the front desk immediately if there are any issues, delays, or special room conditions.
4. Support Inventory Accuracy
Ensure the front desk has up-to-date information so that room inventory is accurately reflected in the system.
Help prevent overbooking and delays in check-in by keeping room status current.
