The Original Pancake House is seeking applicants at BOTH of our Salem locations for positions cooking in a fast paced, family oriented restaurant.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Preparing and plating product to restaurant specifications
Assist with daily product prep
Maintain a clean work space that is health department compliant
Assist with inventory unboxing and restocking
Assist with daily cleaning of equipment and work spaces
Some assistance with other departments as needed (prep/dish area)
Ability to lift 50lbs
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid food handler’s card
Able work weekends and some holidays
Reliable transportation
Previous experience is not required but preferred.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
We will be expanding our hours of operation to 7 days a week in April but our current hours are:
Open Wednesday-Saturday 7:00am-1:00pm, Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm, closed Monday and Tuesday, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
