Position: Classic Baking
WARNING Before being hired you will be required to prove your skills by baking 2 of the the following 3 items, a cinnamon roll that is classic and delicious, classic chocolate chips cookies, and finally a seriously amazing sweet butterhorn. If you can't pull off these items then the following position is really not a good fit.
We have a fantastic team of talented people here at Little Lois. Pesalili is our baker and she is doing a fantastic job with our baked products. What we are looking for is a person to team up with Pesalili. Wed like to find a person that has classic baking skills. Someone who understands how to bake not only with love but with classic taste and feel. Our brand at LL is Homemade Goodness. We offer our customers products that are not cruise ship pretty but items that seriously taste delicious. We are currently a delivery and pick-up only cafe, however in August we are opening a beautiful dining room. We are stepping up our offerings to include a full-blown coffee shop in the morning with Quiche, Frittatas, Liege Waffle Bar and Pastries. Wed like our baking staff to not only create amazing baked goods but also be a part of running the morning production including staffing the Liege waffle bar and preparing the other baked goods for service. As we grow into our new business and implement change, we need a person that is willing to pitch-in and just do anything, a real leader in servanthood. We all love working together here because we all like helping each other and making this place work well.
