We are a cocktail lounge in Dallas that features handcrafted cocktails, small plates and live music. This is an upscale venue in the historic district of Dallas. I need a chef who can create, execute and quickly assemble a small but beautiful menu. If you ever wanted to have complete control over your kitchen and be able to finally be given freedom to create then this job is for you.
We are only open Thursday and Friday evenings, 4pm to 10pm but also cater private parties onsite. Must be able to do charcuterie, artisanal pizzas, pair food with wine and cocktails, be self motivated.
