Family Nurse Practitioner

Vacancy expired!

Our patient population continues to grow as we take pride in providing a personalized, compassionate relationship with all our patients. We serve members of our community of all ages and backgrounds, providing preventive, acute and chronic health services to include women’s health and medication for opioid use disorder. We are recognized as a Tier-4 Patient Centered Primary Care Home and are continuously engaging in improving the patient experience. Since we are an independent practice, less time is spent on administrative tasks and business meetings. Clinic days are spent in direct patient engagement and interaction with the team.

With our growth, we would like to add another primary care provider: We are considering either full or part time positions. We are hoping for someone that would appreciate working evening hours and possibly Saturdays to expand our non-traditional hours, but we are open to other schedule considerations. The PCP that would enjoy a position at Canyon Family Health appreciates being able to provide personalized care with evidence-based practice to their own patient panel. The position would also include collaborating with the clinic’s team to ensure that we are meeting quality standards and patient satisfaction.

What to expect:

-A daily schedule of 16-20 patients daily for a full-time position, caring for your own patient panel

-Sharing acute visits for urgent concerns

-Vacation coverage for other staff

-Sharing after-hours call with a local hospital, about 1 day per 2 weeks and 1 weekend per 12 weeks

The above items are flexible. If you think you are a good candidate, let’s talk.

Full-time Benefits:

-Participation in a 401K or Roth IRA with employer matching

-4 weeks paid time off

-Continuing education stipend

-Paid licensing renewal fees and malpractice insurance paid

-Monthly stipend in lieu of health insurance

OR

Part-time Benefits

-Participation in a 401K or Roth IRA with employer matching

-Continuing education stipend

-Paid licensing renewal fees and malpractice insurance paid

Required:

-Active Oregon License

-Current CPR

If interested, please send your CV/resume to Canyon Family Health by fax ((503)767-3227) or email. We will hire a new grad if the fit is right, mentoring will be available.
