Live-in Resident Care Manager and Caregiver positions

Looking for resident care manager for our adult foster home. This entails living at the residence for 5 days straight while caring for up to 5 residents. We are flexible if you'd like to live there full-time and still have 2 days off, as that's our manager's current scenario in our 1st home. This will be our 2nd adult foster home and we're looking to fill this position as soon as possible. Training/classes would start immediately unless you've already completed the EQC training.

This position includes room with bed, dresser, and tv. We will also provide your groceries for your 5 days worked, as well as cable and internet available in your room.

A typical day will consist of assisting residents with day to day activities, cooking/preparing all meals laid out by our pre-planned menus, cleaning, and administering meds. This type of work has an always changing environment and could vary day to day depending on the needs of our residents. In most cases, you should be able to sleep throughout the night.

This job requires the Oregon EQC training before you can start. 2 years of any verifiable caregiving experience is required by the state of Oregon. You also need CPR and first aid training. We are willing to pay for the above training for the right candidate.

$160 per day salary.

Please email resumes or questions to the email attached to the listing and we will respond promptly to qualified candidates, as we're quite eager to fill the position. I will remove this posting once both of the positions have been filled. If you see this post, the positions are still available.

We will also be hiring a caregiver to work the remaining 2 days of the week, as well as fill in days at our other carehome with 5 residents. This could turn into a full-time position in the future between the 2 homes. The above mentioned EQC training is not required as a caregiver, however CPR and first aid training are still mandatory.
