Our growing company is looking to hire a quality individual who exhibits a solid work ethic, good communication skills and a great attitude to join our team. There are a number of other skills that we require for this position listed below:
The following skills and experience are recommended but not all of them required:
- general construction knowledge and experience (framing, decks, siding, flooring, windows, doors, tub surrounds, etc)
- sheet rock repair experience
- variety of other construction skills
other skills and experience relative to home/building repair, maintenance and construction.
Working within our company offers an employee a constant diversity of projects and job sites around the city as opposed to being stuck on one job site for weeks or months on end. Company vehicles are provided for all qualified employees which they are then allowed to park at their home residence every night and over the weekends. Basic construction tools are to be provided by the employee.
Must have a valid driver's license and relatively clean driving record. A pre-employment criminal background check will also be performed for all applicants.
Initial pay scale will vary from $17-22/hour DOE (depending on experience). Accrued vacation time is available after a probationary period has been completed. Dental insurance is also available after 90 days of employment.
