Job Title: Experienced Stucco Applicator – Dryvit & Sto Systems
We are seeking skilled Stucco Applicators with proven experience in the application of Dryvit and Sto exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS). This position requires a strong understanding of proper substrate preparation, basecoat and mesh installation, finish coat application, and adherence to manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities:
Apply stucco, EIFS, and related materials according to project plans and manufacturer guidelines.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and ensuring proper adhesion.
Mix, apply, and finish basecoats, mesh, and topcoats for Dryvit and Sto systems.
Operate hand tools, trowels, and spray equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite while following safety protocols.
Work closely with foremen, project managers, and other team members to meet quality and schedule goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional stucco/EIFS application experience.
Strong knowledge of Dryvit and Sto product lines and application standards.
Ability to read plans and follow technical specifications.
Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
