JB Instant Lawn, A leader in the green industry, is a family-owned company which has specialized in providing beautiful lawns since 1968. JB farms sod, grass seed, hazelnuts and blueberries in Silverton, Oregon.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual to fill our full-time farm production applicator & equipment operator position. This position is year round with great benefits including health, dental, life insurance, PTO & holiday pay and 401k. This position has potential for growth and is available for immediate hire.
Minimum Qualifications:
Have a current Oregon pesticide applicators license or be able to acquire one with 3 months
Have CDL or farm endorsement with a good driving record
Must pass preemployment drug test
Have strong written and oral English communication skills
Have an interest in applicating and farming and a willingness to learn and receive training
Must be safety conscious and willing to follow all safety rules
Able to safely lift 25-80 lbs regularly
