Landscape Lead Positions (Salem)

Our team works in a fast-paced environment, based in Salem and surrounding areas and working Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm.
Position: Landscaping Team Lead
Employment Type: Full time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate and take direction with management team.
- Work outside and keep the project moving forward.
- The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes, (such as paths, walls, patios) plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan
Qualifications:
- Great leadership skills and ability to work effectively with a team
- Landscaping experience
- Good work ethic
- Punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Willing to work in all kinds of weather
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Willing to have a background check
- Must have a valid driver’s license
