Foreman Primary Responsibilities:
- These positions are responsible for the demo/installation/renovation of landscape projects.
- Communicate and take direction from the project manager
-Work outside and keep project moving forward.
- The foreman and 1 or 2 other crew members will be responsible to perform various tasks such as demo of existing landscape, site preparation and grading, drainage installation, irrigation installation, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios) ,plantings, lighting, and other elements per the landscape plan.
Crew Members Primary Responsibilities:
-Follow direction from Forman and or project manager.
- respectable and courteous to other members and customers.
- able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-basic power tools knowledge
-Safe around equipment and tools.
We are looking for applicants that can:
- Operate machines such as Mini skid steer, excavator, trencher, cut-off saws, and other hand held equipment
- Ability to manage, communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Candidate must possess a valid, insurable drivers license
