NW Employment is partnered with a Forest Products company in Woodburn, OR and we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and be adept at troubleshooting and maintaining various machinery and equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess machine functionality and make necessary adjustments.
Fabricate parts as required for repairs or modifications, ensuring adherence to specifications.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Experience
Proven experience in machine maintenance or a related field is essential.
2 years Experience in Electrical troubleshooting
2 years Experience in HVAC/R systems will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in Pneumatics
2 years Experience with Hydraulics
2 years experience with fabrication
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to machinery operation and maintenance.
