We manage multiple apartments in South Salem and surrounding areas. We are looking for an outdoor maintenance person to join our team.
We have hired landscapers for the properties, so this position does not require mowing.
Duties to include but not limited to: General yard care. Planting flowers, shrubs and trees. Digging. Spreading bark dust. Trimming. Roof and gutter cleaning. Sprinkler repair. Some carpet and vinyl removal.
This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to different properties, a valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
