Woodburn Senior Estates in Woodburn is looking for a part-time maintenance. PLEASE read entire job description before sending in application.

Please note: if you are not qualified for one of the tasks like plumbing or electric, we can work with you.
Part-time: 28 hours per week. (non-negotiable)
Pay: $22.00 per hour. (non-negotiable)
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday. OFF: Friday, Saturday, Sunday (unless emergency) (this could mean you have a 2nd job or something like door dash driver as long as it does not interfere with your work schedule)
We need someone who dependable and will show up on time and work everyday required.
Some duties will include (but not limited to):
Keeping front of office and Community Building clean, grass cut, leaves raked etc.
Pick up trash around park daily (make daily rounds).
Put trash cans out once a week.
Power wash sidewalks when needed, we want to make sure we do this before anything out of hand.
Pull/weed ill grass coming up around sidewalks.
Trim bushes as needed.
Planting flowers in spring/summer.
Light painting (maybe, once a year,, possible touch ups).
Plumbing (very little)
Electrical (very little)
Working with vendors on park water leaks and/or fixing them yourself.
Working with vendors.
Keep maintenance/managers bathroom clean and stocked.
Keep maintenance room organized.
Be on time and ready to work, often doing your job without being asked to.
Other duties as needed.
Tasks:
Clean interior space, including vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping floors
Dust furniture and surfaces
Empty wastebaskets and replace liners
Clean restrooms, and other normal cleaning duties, keep stocked, notify manager before running out of supplies.
Clean and disinfect equipment
