EMPWR is a growing nutrition bar manufacturer in McMinnville and we are seeking motivated individuals to join our production team!
Pay rate: $16.50-$28.88/hr (based on position and shift)
Shift differential for night shift $2.50/hr
Two wage increases per year available based on performance and attendance!
Shifts
Shift 1 – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with every other Wednesday off Day Shift (5AM-5PM)
Shift 2 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, with every other Wednesday offNight Shift (5PM-5AM)
Shift 3 - every other Wednesday off, work Thursday, Friday, and SaturdayDay Shift (5AM-5PM)

Current Positions
Production Worker ($16.50 plus shift differential on Nights)
As a production worker you are responsible for one of the steps in the production process: accurately measure and prepare food ingredients used in mass produced food products. You ensure proper production and packaging with quality, speed and accuracy, communicate with staff on quality issues, identify potential problems, and work in a fast-paced production line.
Machine Operators ($18.15/hr plus shift differential on Nights)
You start up the machines, set them up and make adjustments where necessary. You make the perfect mix of ingredients for our delicious products or make sure they end up in the right packaging. You check whether everything runs smoothly, e.g. quality of the dough, welds in the packaging, automatic stacking of the boxes.
Industrial Maintenance Technicians ($28.88/hr plus shift differential on Nights)
Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facilities equipment according to company and industry safety standards.
Sanitation ($16.50/hr plus shift differential on Nights)
Sanitation workers are responsible for ensuring a clean facility.
Quality Control ($22.00/hr Day shift)
Quality control is responsible for testing materials and finished products to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company standards. You will conduct thorough inspections at three key stages of production—before, during, and after—to verify that quality levels are consistently met.
