Your tasks are varied so you’ll never be board and you’ll get to listen to all genres of music as you’re working. As long as you like getting dirty and staying busy the days will pass quickly and you’ll have plenty of time for hobbies at home. Sweeping, chiseling dried asphalt off paving machines, pressure washing, cleaning parts, cleaning machines, and making equipment runs are all a part of your duties, and then some. In short, whatever the mechanics need you to do.
The starting wage ranges and depends on experience. Will be discussed further along the interview process based upon verifiable experience. Pay is entry level ($17-$18/hour) but competence is rewarded with more responsibility and, therefore, more pay. Consistent hours with occasional overtime, this job is ideal for someone right out of high school or looking for light duty work and desires moving into a pay range that some people with master’s degree’s aren’t even making relatively quickly. Ag + mechanic classes are a plus.

Requirements for the position
- Experience as a shop hand (if applicable)
- Ability to work outdoors, day and night in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs or more
- Overtime as needed to meet job requirements
- Driver's license and clean record
