Private family barn looking for motivated and reliable individual. Duties include - grooming horses, tacking horses up and putting them away. Cleaning stalls, assist with some feeding. Leading horses to and from paddocks, general barn clean up, cleaning tack.
Barn and fence repair if qualified.
Assist in exercising horses or starting colts if qualified.
Must be willing and able to lift 50-100 lbs. (grain bag, hay bale and push a wheelbarrow)
Approximately 8am to 5pm weekdays and occasional weekend mornings helping with stalls and feeding or away at horse shows grooming.
Approximately once a month March through October travel to horse show approximately Tues - Sunday.
Must have transportation and be drug free.
