Unique opportunity to run an established landscape maintenance route. MUST HAVE: at least 2 years of experience in landscape maintenance, preferably with at least some experience in commercial landscape maintenance. MUST BE: physically fit and capable of working year-round in all weather conditions (we do not work in the snow or in other extreme conditions). MUST BE: willing to submit to a background check and drug screen (we do not test for marijuana).
Looking for one solid and trustworthy individual to work 30 to 32 hours per week starting at $20. Room for growth and financial advancement. Job and duties can and will allow for a high degree of independence, autonomy, and a relatively flexible schedule.
Please be friendly, personable, and reasonably clean-cut and presentable. You will be working in areas with a fairly high degree of visibility, so it's important that you have a "customer-service" mindset, and are relatively "approachable" in terms of how you present yourself. If you look like the type of person that other people would not want to talk to in a dark alley, you probably won't be a good fit for this role. If you're a reasonably friendly person who will generally greet people with a warm "hello" and often respond to a "good morning" with a "good morning to you sir!", you might be a good fit for this position.
